Guiding Principle: As an African American female member of the LGBTQ community, I remember just wanting someone to listen to me as a young adult when I was trying to understand my own sexuality. My goal as a clinician is to provide a safe space to listen, guide, and support those that are in need of understanding their feelings, while helping to change negative thinking into empowering thoughts. I also help to develop positive coping skills to decrease and alleviate feelings of anxiety, depression, isolation etc.
