Guiding Principle: I’m committed to your personal growth and happiness by exploring being your authentic self, including ways to improve communication skills to enable you to be able to engage in hard conversations, improve your connection with the important people in your life, and to ensure that you can self-regulate your emotions. What I find most important is to be able to cope with grief and loss effectively, so you’re not living the rest of life with stuck emotions, or  unresolved hopes and dreams. I’m here to encourage LGBTQ people and allies to motivate yourself to set goals, and live your best life.
