Guiding Principle: I’m dedicated to helping my clients envision and create fulfilling paths and relationships, to face and process grief, and manage anxiety, stress, and depression. Using a psychodynamic approach, coupled with evidenced-based techniques, I assist individuals and couples in exploring their beliefs, expectations, hopes, and sorrows. I enjoy collaborating and providing a welcoming, safe environment that is free of judgement, and one which we will discuss struggles and strengths together. We don’t have to be controlled by pain, disappointment, or sadness. Our sessions together will provide a place for you to develop tools to cope with life’s stresses.
I’m most proud of helping my clients grow. Seeing a person break free from the shackles of suffering, whether depression, anxiety, or other issues, is one of the greatest honors I’ve had in life.
My clients inspire me: people who have decided to understand why they feel as they do, and then determine to change what they can.
For a few months, I lived at the base of an active volcano in South America.
